
Blueberry Pancakes
Mix:
2 c. flour
2 T. sugar
2 T. cinnamon
4 T. baking powder
Add:
2 c. milk
2 T. oil (I used coconut oil)
2 T. water
2 t. vanilla
Melt:
4 T. butter then add to mix
I added blueberries and chocolate chips to the original recipe - completely worth it!
Pour into hot skillet and cook away! Both my husband and I loved the pancakes so much we have had them three days in a row=)
