I love,love, love this picture of Wesley "loving" on one of their new baby chicks.And I just can't resist the pensive looks in children's pictures. Zachary looks straight out of the 20's in this picture.

Okay, a couple of days ago I wanted to make pancakes but had no eggs so I searched and found this recipe. Oh my goodness, it was better than I could have imagined. (You know food is good when I start taking pictures of it=) Couldn't help but share it...
Blueberry Pancakes

Mix:
2 c. flour
2 T. sugar
2 T. cinnamon
4 T. baking powder

Add:
2 c. milk
2 T. oil (I used coconut oil)
2 T. water
2 t. vanilla

Melt:
4 T. butter then add to mix

I added blueberries and chocolate chips to the original recipe - completely worth it!

Pour into hot skillet and cook away! Both my husband and I loved the pancakes so much we have had them three days in a row=)
